All orders are processed within two to four working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of the order confirmation email. When we dispatch your order, you will receive a notification.
During peak demand periods, slight delays in order processing may occur.
This is an indication of the genuineness and transparency of the craftsmanship of the product.
In the event of particular delays due:
- High demand for orders
- Sudden product exhaustion with
- Need for reproduction
You will be promptly notified and you may either change or cancel your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal service traffic.

International Shipments:

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. The tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 7days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at chiara@chiaradefilippis.it specifying your name and order number and we will make the necessary checks.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Under European consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Personalised, custom-made and modified pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at chiara@chiaradefilippis.it, by sending the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
