Right of Withdrawal

Under European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

Send an email to chiara@chiaradefilippis.it indicating:
order number
first and last name
product you intend to return
Return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned:

intact and unused
in its original packaging
complete with any accessories
properly packaged for shipping
Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid for the product using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following cannot be returned:

personalized or custom-made products
items modified at the customer’s request
special orders
Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

contact us within 48 hours of delivery
by sending photos and a description of the problem to: chiara@chiaradefilippis.it
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping costs.

Product Information

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted. Minor differences, irregularities, or variations in color are characteristics of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

The images on the website are as accurate as possible to the actual product, but slight differences may occur due to device settings.
